Congratulations to Wanmai Srisuwanno

Congratulations to Wanmai Srisuwanno, a Ph.D. student from the School of Energy Science and Engineering (ESE) under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chularat Wattanakit and Prof. Dr. Alexander Kuhn, for the recent article in ChemCatChem.

Topic: Towards Enantioselective Synthesis with Autonomous Chiral Encoded Metal-Swimmers

In this work, we focus on the proof-of-concept study that proposes such autonomously moving microreactors as an alternative strategy for the spontaneous redox synthesis of chiral compounds.

This research was sponsored by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and the Ministry of Science and Technology, Thailand. We would like to acknowledge the cost-sharing research grant between the National Research Council of Thailand and Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology, the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research and Innovation, and the research funding from the Air Force Office of Scientific Research Unit. W.S. is indebted to a Ph.D. cotutelle scholarship sponsored by Campus France, the French Embassy in Thailand, and VISTEC. This project was also supported by CNRS through the IRP project ChiraChem.
